WELL INSPECTIONS

What We Do for You:

Check the Pressure Switch: The pressure switch regulates water pressure and controls the operation of your pump. If it fails, you risk losing access to water. During our inspection, we look for signs of corrosion on the wiring and other components, ensuring that parts, such as contacts and springs, are functioning correctly to prevent disruptions.

Inspect the Pressure Tank: Pressure tanks regulate steady water pressure within your system. If they malfunction, you might experience rapid cycling, which can damage both the pump and the tank. We evaluate the tank’s performance, checking its ability to maintain appropriate pressure levels.

Look for Leaks: can lead to system wear and potential water damage to your home. We inspect you water well for any leaks to prevent system wear and tear and water damage.

Perform a Pump Amp Test: We perform a pump amp test to measure the electrical current drawn by the pump during operation. This assessment helps us determine if the pump is working efficiently. If the current readings are too high or too low, it may indicate potential issues with the pump’s motor or electrical system.

Perform a Water Flow Check: We measure the flow rate of water from your well to ensure it meets your household needs. If we detect any issues during this check, we investigate further, assessing for blockages, well capacity, or pump performance to ensure reliable water supply.

Gather a Bacteria Sample: Water testing is essential for assessing the quality of your well water. We collect a sample to check for harmful bacteria, including Coliform and E. coli. While some bacteria are harmless, testing helps us identify any potential contaminants. If harmful bacteria are found, we work with you to implement effective solutions for improving water quality.
